Packers remind fans of free pep rally in Dallas Saturday, Dec. 14

Event to include autographs, Q-and-A sessions and giveaways

The Packers are reminding fans 21 years and older that they are invited to bring the spirit of Green Bay to Dallas a day early with a free Packers Everywhere Pep Rally on Saturday, Dec. 14, from 6 to 7 p.m. CST. The festivities will take place at Vernon's Gastropub, located at 5290 Beltline Rd., Suite 142, Dallas.

Packers President/CEO Mark Murphy will take part in the pre-gameday excitement by greeting fans and participating in a Q-and-A session with Wayne Larrivee, the radio voice of the Packers. Packers alumni Donny Anderson and Greg Koch will also be at the rally to socialize with fans, sign autographs and discuss their thoughts on the next day's game against the Cowboys. A round-table discussion with Packers.com writers Vic Ketchman, Mike Spofford and the audience will conclude the event.

"We're thrilled to host another pep rally this season at one of our more than 2,100 Packers Everywhere establishments," said Joan Malcheski of the Green Bay Packers. "It's free to the public and offers a chance for fans to visit with Packers alumni and Mark Murphy. We had a great response last year and at all of our pep rallies. We can't wait to meet new fans in Dallas."

A variety of Packers prizes will be given out, including vouchers for Johnsonville Brats and Sargento Cheese. Miller beverages will be offered to give an even greater Wisconsin feel to the event.

Packers Everywhere, through its website (packerseverywhere.com) and mobile app, enables Packers fans to find official Packers establishments across the world where they can watch games with fellow fans.
