For the 13th season, each Packers trip to the end zone will put points on the board and help tackle hunger in Wisconsin, as the Green Bay Packers and Sargento Foods team up for the Touchdowns for Charity program.

Each time the Packers score a touchdown during the 2015 regular season, which kicks off Sept. 13 at Soldier Field as the Packers take on the Bears, Sargento Foods donates a total of $1,500 to two Wisconsin food charities, Hunger Task Force in Milwaukee and Paul's Pantry in Green Bay.

Now in its 13th consecutive season, Touchdowns for Charity has raised more than $1 million in total program donations since it began in 2002, allowing Sargento to provide over 1 million meals to people in Wisconsin.

During the 2014 regular season, Sargento Foods, the official cheese of the Green Bay Packers, donated $87,000 after the Packers scored 58 touchdowns.

"Touchdowns for Charity gives us a chance to cheer on our home-state team and feed members of the broader Wisconsin community," said Louie Gentine, CEO of Sargento Foods Inc. "With 13 green and gold championships under the Packers' belts, this 13th season of our program is sure to be a lucky one, though there's plenty more work that needs to be done to help the Hunger Task Force and Paul's Pantry combat hunger in their communities."

Announcements about the program are made after every Packers' touchdown at Lambeau Field, where fans can get a taste of Sargento Foods with cheeseburgers featuring Sargento Deli Style Sliced Mild Cheddar Cheese as well as breaded natural Cheddar cheese curds. The Packers' website also features a Sargento Foods touchdown ticker with updated donation totals throughout the season.

Fans can also join the excitement with in-store product promotions at grocery retailers throughout Wisconsin.
