The Green Bay Packers today announced that the Annual Meeting of Shareholders will take place Friday, July 25, at 3 p.m.

The organization will present three candidates for shareholder vote to join the Packers Board of Directors: Timothy M. Bergstrom, Laurie A. Butz and Edward R. Policy. The meeting will also formalize the transition of the role of Chairman, President and CEO from Mark Murphy to Policy.

The candidate information will be included in proxy information being sent in June to more than 539,000 shareholders in advance of the Annual Meeting. The three candidates were presented to the organization's Board of Directors at its meeting this week.

Bergstrom is the president and CEO of Bergstrom Automotive of Wisconsin, a role in which he has served since 2021 after beginning with the company in 1999. Butz is president and CEO of Capital Credit Union in Green Bay, a role she began serving in 2021, bringing with her more than 35 years of experience in the business and finance industry in Green Bay and the Fox Valley. Policy is currently chief operating officer and general counsel of the Green Bay Packers and will become the organization's chairman, president and chief executive officer at the Annual Meeting.

"We're excited to present three nominees for a vote of our shareholders," said Packers President/CEO Mark Murphy. "Tim's work at Bergstrom over the years, as well as his work in the community, has provided him with an excellent range of experiences that will guide his contributions to the Board. "Laurie's work in the financial industry, as well as her dedicated volunteer leadership for a number of nonprofit organizations, has given her great perspective that will serve the Board well.

"I look forward to Ed taking over leadership of the Packers. He's been a tremendous asset to the organization and I'm confident he will be an excellent steward in the role."

The opening practice of Packers Training Camp, presented by Emplify Health by Bellin, will take place two days prior to the meeting, on Wednesday, July 23. While the full training camp schedule has not been announced, shareholders making plans to attend the meeting should note that practice is expected to take place on the day of the meeting. As the Atrium will be open to the public throughout each day, instructions regarding parking and entry for the meeting will be available to shareholders as those details are finalized.

The shareholders meeting also will see two members take on emeritus status: William F. Kress (originally elected in 2001) and Mark H. Murphy (2007).

"We are grateful for Will's work on the Board over the years, and especially his recent work on the Director Affairs Committee," Murphy said. "As I take on emeritus status myself, I'm proud to reflect on our accomplishments over the years and I look forward to seeing the organization continue to thrive."

Shareholders will be provided four Annual Meeting tickets for each Shareholder account, including accounts that have a joint or custodial registration. Shareholders receiving meeting materials electronically will be able to access print-at-home tickets upon voting their shares. New Shareholders are reminded to look for their materials to arrive in the mail or electronically mid-June, whichever method they selected upon purchasing their shares, and are asked to vote their shares promptly.

Information about the Annual Meeting, which will be updated as the date approaches, also can be found online at packers.com/community/shareholders or packersowner.com.

The Packers also are asking Shareholders who have not received any communications from the organization in the last 12 months to contact Shareholder Services to update their address, including street and email addresses. Shareholder Services can be reached at 855-8GO-PACK (855-846-7225) or shareholderservices@packers.com. Information is also online at packersowner.com.
