GREEN BAY PACKERS HOME JERSEY COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions (the "Official Rules") carefully. By participating in the Green Bay Packers Rookie Jersey Competition (the "Promotion"), you confirm that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules

1. Promoter
2. Entry Period: The Promotion is open between 10:00am (CEST) on August 07 2025 and 12:00pm (CEST) on August 11 2025 (the "Entry Period").
3. Eligible Participants: This Competition is open to natural persons who are permanent residents of Germany and 18 years of age or older ("Eligible Participant"). By participating in the Competition, you confirm that you are an Eligible Participant. The Promotor may require you to provide evidence that you are an Eligible Participant.

Not eligible to participate or win are: (i) Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Promoter, Executing Agency, the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Properties Europe GmbH, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Properties LLC, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL International LLC, NFL International Limited, NFL Productions LLC and each of their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and all of their sponsors, licensees, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies; (ii) anyone else professionally involved or associated with the Promotion (each of the parties referred to in (i) and (ii) shall be considered a "Released Party", and together the "Released Parties"); and (iii) each such individual's immediate family members (i.e. mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related.

5. How to Enter: To receive one (1) entry during the Entry Period, log-in to your Instagram account to visit the German Green Bay Packers page on Instagram at Then follow @Packers.DE, like the Promotion Instagram post and tag another Instagram user during the Entry Period.

There is no charge nor purchase necessary to participate in the Promotion. If you choose to participate in the Competition using your mobile phone, your standard data fees may apply. See your wireless/network provider for further details.

The Promotor will not accept responsibility for entries that are corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit - regardless of cause, including as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, website, computer hardware or software failure of any kind).

6. Limits on Entries: Only entries submitted by Eligible Participants in the Entry Period will be considered eligible entries. A limit of one (1) entry per person applies to this Promotion. Participants who attempt to enter more than one (1) entry or who try to circumvent this rule by use of multiple email addresses, phone numbers and/or mailing addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods and/or the manipulation of such information, for the purpose of obtaining more than the stated number of entries, will be disqualified, all of their entries will be deemed invalid and any Prize won shall be forfeited. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Entry requests generated by script, macro or other automated or improper means are void.
7. Disqualification: The Promoter and/or Executing Agency also reserve the right to disqualify you if your conduct is in breach of these Terms, platform guidelines, any applicable laws, any terms and conditions and/or policies referred to in these Terms and/or the spirit of the Promotion. Grounds for disqualification may include, but are not limited to, (i) inappropriate or offensive comments, (ii) breaches of platform guidelines, or the presence of offensive content in your social media profile or posting history upon review and (iii) prohibited interference with the Promotion. Prohibited interference with the Promotion includes any attempt to damage, undermine or interfere with the content or legitimate operation of the Promotion, e.g. via the use of bugs, virus, worms or other non-authorized human intervention, which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of entries or other information. Such prohibited may also be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws.

9. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing occurring on August 11 2025 from among all eligible entries received throughout the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Entry Period.
10. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted by the Promoter or the Executing Agency via direct message on Instagram by 11:59pm (CEST) on August 12 2025 (the "Notification Date"). Upon notification, the winner will be asked for their desired size for the Prize. All possible efforts will be made to source the requested size; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.
11. How to Claim the Prize: The winner must respond to the Promoter or Executing Agency (depending on who issued the Winner Notification) within 48 hours of being notified via direct message on Instagram (the "Response"). In this Response, the winner must provide their desired size, mailing address and any further information requested by the Promoter that is necessary to deliver the Prize. The Prize will usually be sent to the winner via post at the earliest opportunity after size and contact details have been provided, usually within 30 days from the date of mailing address receipt, unless the Promotor and/or Executive Agency notifies you otherwise or requests Further Information and Documents.

The winner may be required to provide further information to assess compliance with these Official Rules, sign and return via e-mail an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release form provided by Promoter and/or Executive Agency and, if requested for verification purposes, proof of age and place of legal residence ("Further Information and Documents").

12. Prize substitution: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of the Prize (or portion thereof) is permitted except by the Promoter who reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its reasonable discretion. Unused Prizes cannot be refunded, exchanged or applied towards other items or for cash.
13. Prize forfeiture: If the winner cannot be contacted (e.g. the winner notification is returned as undeliverable), does not respond within 48 hours of being notified, does not comply with these Official Rules (e.g. if Promoter has reason to believe that the winner does not meet the eligibility requirements or has otherwise breached these Official Rules) or does not provide the Further Information and Documents within the Verification Period the Prize will be forfeited. In that case, the Promoter and/or the Executive Agency reserve the right to select another winner using the original selection process according to these Official Rules.
14. Tax: The winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all applicable national, state or local taxes or social contributions (if any) arising from the acceptance of the Prize. If required by applicable tax laws, winner are responsible for including the Prize in their personal income tax return.
15. Liability:
    • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes Promoter's liability: (a) for damages, costs or losses caused by its wilful misconduct or gross negligence; (b) for injury to life, limb or health, (c) under the provisions of the Product Liability Act; (d) in case of fraudulently concealed defects; and (e) to the extent of any guarantee expressly assumed by the Promoter.

• Without prejudice to Section Error! Reference source not found. Promoter shall not be liable for damages, costs or losses caused by its ordinary negligence, except where such negligence results in a breach of a material contractual obligation, the fulfilment of which is a prerequisite for the proper performance of the agreement and on the observance of which the other party may regularly rely. In such cases, the Promotor's liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract and foreseeable by both parties at the time of conclusion. Any liability of the Promotor beyond Sections Error! Reference source not found. and Error! Reference source not found. shall be excluded.
• Except to the extent provided in Sections Error! Reference source not found. and Error! Reference source not found., Promoter will in particular not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death suffered by the winner or guest as a result of taking up and using the Prize.
• As this Promotion is only open to consumers (not businesses), Promoter will not be liable for any business losses any participants may suffer, including (without limitation) loss of profits or revenue, loss of sales or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure or loss of goodwill.

The limitations and exclusions of liability in this Section shall apply equally to the Released Parties, and references to "Promoter" should be interpreted accordingly.

16. No association with third parties: The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any third party. By participating in the Promotion, participants are providing information to Promoter and the Executive Agency and not to any third party.
17. Cancellation: Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Promotion and/or these Terms if it reasonably considers it necessary to do so, including if there is any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or the Promotion is affected by an event outside Promoter's reasonable control. In the event of suspension or cancellation, Promoter will post a notice on @Packers.DE. In the event of cancellation, Prizes may be awarded to participants who entered the Promotion prior to cancellation.
18. Only with the consent of the winner, Promoter may make his name, country of residence and further information, including his photograph or likeness, available on its websites and in any other media.
19. Personal Information: Promoter is the data controller. Participants acknowledge that any personal data supplied in connection with the Promotion will be collected, processed and used by Promoter and its associated companies and service providers (including the Executing Agency) for the purpose of administering the Promotion (and the performance of these Official Rules), including the fulfilment, delivery and arrangement of the Prize and, where relevant, to comply with legal obligations. Promoter processes such personal data in accordance with all applicable data protection laws and Promoter's Privacy Notice, which is available at https://www.packers.com/fans/privacy-policy. Participants have various rights under data privacy laws including the right to ask for a copy of the information that Promoter holds about them; ask Promoter to access their personal data or update their personal data, if it is incorrect or incomplete; object to Promoter's processing of their personal data; ask Promoter to delete or restrict their personal data; and ask Promoter to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller. Participants also have the right to file a complaint with Promoter or with a supervisory authority if they believe that Promoter has processed their personal data in violation of the applicable law. Participants may exercise any of their rights as a data subject by contacting the Promoter.
20. Severance and waiver: If any part of these Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the rest of these Terms will not be affected. Promoter's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
21. Governing Law: The Promotion and these Terms are governed by German law to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
