Under Mark Murphy's leadership, the Packers remained one of the NFL's most competitive and respected franchises:

  • 185-113-2 record (.621) - second-best in the NFL since 2008
  • 13 playoff appearances, including a team-record eight straight trips (2009–2016)
  • Five NFC Championship Game appearances and a Super Bowl XLV victory
  • In 2023, led the youngest NFL team since 1974 to the postseason - and a playoff win
  • Restructured football operations in 2018 to enhance communication and collaboration

Murphy's visionary leadership fueled growth that strengthened the Packers' future while preserving its tradition:

  • Directed over $600 million in Lambeau Field improvements, all without public tax dollars
  • Oversaw two stock sales (2011, 2022), raising $129+ million and welcoming 426,000+ new shareholders
  • Launched and expanded Titletown, a 45-acre development that blends tech, housing, entertainment, and business - including TitletownTech, a joint venture with Microsoft
  • Helped secure the 2025 NFL Draft for Green Bay, which brought a $104 million impact to Wisconsin
  • Played a key role in shaping league policy, contributing to two collective bargaining agreements as a member of the NFL's Management Council Executive Committee

A true community leader, Murphy's passion for people has left a meaningful legacy:

  • Nearly $10 million in annual charitable impact under his leadership
  • Engaged regularly with fans, shareholders, and local organizations
  • Active in numerous civic efforts, including the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, USA Football, and Positive Coaching Alliance
  • Mark and his wife, Laurie, are dedicated foster care advocates - founding JAS House to support teens aging out of foster care
  • Laurie launched Ladies of Lambeau, supporting nonprofits through volunteerism and service
  • Honored with the Rotary Club of Green Bay's Free Enterprise Award (2021) for his leadership and impact
