THIS PROMOTION MAY NOT BE USED TO CONDUCT, ADVERTISE, OR PROMOTE ANY FORM OF GAMBLING. THE PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS APPLY. BY ENTERING PACKERS FREE PLAY, ENTRANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND DECISIONS OF THE ADMINISTRATOR, WHICH SHALL BE FINAL IN ALL RESPECTS.
The Packers Free Play Promotion consists of two (2) components: 1.) Packers Trivia and 2.) Packers Predict (together, the "Promotion").
The Promotion is administered by Green Bay Packers, Inc., 1265 Lombardi Avenue, Green Bay, Wisconsin 54304 ("Packers" or "Administrator").
The Packers' privacy policy can be found at https://www.packers.com/fans/privacy-policy. By participating in the Promotion, participants hereby agree to the Packers' collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to the Packers' privacy policy.
Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. VOID in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, outside the U.S., and where prohibited. Employees of the Green Bay Packers, Inc. ("Packers"), the National Football League, its member clubs, Associated Banc-Corp, Ariens Company, Electronic Arts Inc., New Era Cap Co., Skogen's Foodliner, Inc. (d/b/a Festival Foods), and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and agencies that are involved in the Promotion, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
Participation in the Promotion constitutes a participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Packers' decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
Promotion Period: The Promotion period begins on approximately September 24, 2020 ends on approximately January 3, 2021 (the "Promotion Period"). Dates and times subject to change in the Packers' sole discretion, including but not limited to when accounting for rescheduled or cancelled Packers games. For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are Central.
Packers Trivia will be available every week during the Promotion Period. Each week, the entry period for Packers Trivia begins approximately 9:00 a.m. Central Time Monday and ends at approximately 11: 59 p.m. Central Time on Sunday ("Packers Trivia Weekly Round").
Packers Predict will be available surrounding each regular season Packers game. With the exception of the first entry period, which opens soon after Packers Free Play becomes available via the Packers mobile app, each Packers Predict entry period will begin during game week at approximately 9:00 a.m. Central Time three days prior to kickoff and ends approximately 5 minutes before kickoff ("Packers Predict Weekly Round"). For example, the Packers Predict Weekly Round for a regular season game that kicks off at 12:00 p.m. on a Sunday will open at 9:00 a.m. the Thursday prior and close at 11:55 a.m. on Sunday, five minutes prior to kickoff.
Those games are subject to change, including flex scheduling, postponement or cancellation. Regular season game dates and kickoff times during the Promotion Period are currently scheduled as followed:
- At New Orleans Saints: September 27, 2020 at 7:20 p.m. Central Time
- Atlanta Falcons: October 5, 2020 at 7:15 p.m. Central Time
- At Tampa Bay Buccaneers: October 18, 2020 at 3:25 p.m. Central Time
- At Houston Texans: October 25, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. Central Time
- Minnesota Vikings: November 1, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. Central Time
- At San Francisco 49ers: November 5, 2020 at 7:20 p.m. Central Time
- Jacksonville Jaguars: November 15, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. Central Time
- At Indianapolis Colts: November 22, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. Central Time
- Chicago Bears: November 29, 2020 at 7:20 p.m. Central Time
- Philadelphia Eagles: December 6, 2020 at 3:25 p.m. Central Time
- At Detroit Lions: December 13, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. Central Time
- Carolina Panthers: TBD; December 19 – 20, 2020
- Tennessee Titans: December 27, 2020 at 7:20 p.m. Central Time
- At Chicago Bears: January 3, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. Central Time
If any or all of the aforementioned regular season Packers games are cancelled, postponed, or otherwise not conducted as intended, the Packers may, as they deem necessary and in a manner subject to their sole discretion, alter the Promotion and corresponding prizing accordingly. For example, if one of these regular season Packers games is cancelled, one Packers Predict Weekly Round will be removed from the schedule and the Packers Predict Grand Prize (see below) may be awarded based on cumulative chip totals across the remaining Packers Predict Weekly Rounds.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Packers reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to contract or extend the timing of one or more of the Weekly Rounds (for example, in the case of Packers Predict, including changing round dates from Thursday to another weekday) and/or the Promotion Period overall, due to any regular season games being suspended or paused.
Registration: To participate in the Promotion, participants must download the Green Bay Packers mobile application (iOS or Android) and select Packers Free Play. Participants must register for an account with an email address and password and accept all terms and conditions. Those who wish to participate but are unable to operate a mobile phone and/or the app may email bobberd@packers.com for further assistance.
During the registration process, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional emails or offers. This is optional and does not affect your chances of winning a prize in this Promotion. You are NOT required to give consent to receive such emails or offers in order to be eligible to participate in the Promotion or win any prize.
Limit one registered account per person. Any attempt by any participant to participate under more than one account by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified from the Promotion. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents will void all entries by that entrant and may void the Promotion. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register the account will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all entries affected by such methods and be deemed tampering. Packers reserve the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any mobile application or website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Packers reserve the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent of the law.
How to Play:
You must be registered to enter the Promotion. Registration is free as described above. The Packers' computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. Once registered, you are able to play either or both component games, Packers Trivia and/or Packers Predict. Each game is scored and prized independently of the other.
The objective of the Promotion is to accumulate the most chips by choosing the correct answer in either component game. Weekly Round totals will be recorded for each respective component game and the number of chips (see below for further description) reset to 300 each week. At the end of the Promotion Period, those recorded weekly totals will be added together to determine the final number for each respective game.
From all eligible sets of answers received, weekly winners for each component will be determined based on their accumulation of most chips per weekly round, and for each component's respective grand prize, the ability to accumulate the most chips throughout the Promotion Period as a whole.
Packers Trivia:
The Packers Trivia component of the Promotion involves correctly choosing the answer for each of the questions presented that correspond to trivia related to the Green Bay Packers.
Each player will be assigned 300 "chips" at the beginning of each Packers Trivia Weekly Round. These chips are non-monetary and are a free digital game component representing points. For each Packers Trivia Weekly Round, you will see multiple trivia questions related to the Green Bay Packers available for you to answer. You will 1.) click on or enter a possible answer for each question and 2.) denote how many "chips" you would like to "wager" on that particular question. Chips are doubled for a correct answer and erased for an incorrect answer. For example, a wager of 25 chips on a question will result in a return of 50 chips for a correct answer and 0 chips for an incorrect answer. The total for the Weekly Round will be determined by adding the total chips accumulated over all questions for that week.
Whether the answer to any trivia question is right or wrong will be determined by the Packers in their sole discretion.
Packers Predict:
The Packers Predict component of the Promotion involves correctly choosing the answer for each of the questions presented that correspond to the performance of the teams in a regular season Green Bay Packers football game and/or individual players in that football game taking place during a Packers Predict Weekly Round as described in these Terms.
Each player will be awarded 300 "chips" at the beginning of each Packers Predict Weekly Round. These chips are non-monetary and are a free digital game component representing points. For each Packers Predict Weekly Round, you will see multiple predictions for events or outcomes within an event, available for you to answer. You will 1.) click on or enter a possible answer for each prediction and 2.) denote how many "chips" you would like to "wager" on that particular question. Chips are doubled for a correct answer and erased for an incorrect answer. For example, a wager of 25 chips on a question will result in a return of 50 chips for a correct answer and 0 chips for an incorrect answer. The total for the Weekly Round will be determined by adding the total chips accumulated over all questions for that week.
Whether the answer to any prediction is right or wrong will be determined by the Packers in their sole discretion. The results will not be changed due to any subsequent official adjustments of statistics unless otherwise determined by the Packers in their sole discretion.
Prizes: Each of the two component games has three (3) prizes each Weekly Round, and one (1) grand prize at the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
Taxes on any prize, including any federal, state, local, sales and income taxes (if applicable) are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners are also responsible for all other costs and expenses not specified herein, including, without limitation, ground transportation, meals, beverages, activities, purchases, incidentals, telephone calls, internet access, or other personal expenses, extra hotel fees, or other hotel charges incurred. Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion. Other restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Due to current events, prizing shipment may be delayed. No substitution, exchange or transfer of prize by winners. Administrator reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value. Potential winners will be notified by phone or email.
Odds of winning depend on the number of participants. All ties will be broken by random drawing by an authorized Packers' representative.
Packers Trivia:
Weekly Round Prize: Each week, the Packers will award prizes to the three (3) participants associated with the top three highest scores for that week. Each of the top three participants will receive either 1.) a $50 gift card to the Packers Pro Shop (ARV $50.00), b.) a copy of the Madden 21 video game (ARV $59.99), or c.) a New Era Packers Sideline hat (ARV $34.95). Prizes may vary and are subject to change. Prizes will be awarded randomly, and winner will not be able to choose which prize they receive.
Packers Trivia Season-Long Grand Prize: At the end of the Promotion Period, the participant with the highest cumulative chip total (calculated by adding up their chip totals for each Packers Trivia Weekly Round) will be awarded the Packers Trivia Grand Prize. The Packers Trivia Grand Prize consists of an Ariens Sno-Thro (ARV $1,099.00). The Packers Trivia Grand Prize is subject to change.
Packers Predict:
Weekly Round Prize: Each week, the Packers will award prizes to the three (3) participants associated with the top three highest scores for that week (calculated by total number of chips for that Packers Predict Weekly Round). Each of the top three participants will receive either 1.) a $50 gift card to the Packers Pro Shop (ARV $50.00), b.) a copy of the Madden 21 video game (ARV $59.99), or c.) a New Era Packers Sideline hat (ARV $34.95). Prizes may vary and are subject to change. Prizes will be awarded randomly, and winner will not be able to choose which prize they receive.
Packers Predict Season-Long Grand Prize: At the end of the Promotion Period, the participant with the highest cumulative chip total (calculated by adding up their chip totals for each Packers Predict Weekly Round) will be awarded the Packers Predict Grand Prize. The Packers Predict Grand Prize consists of a Packers Exclusive Gameday Experience (ARV $1,982.00), including two (2) Festival Foods MVP Deck tickets to a 2021 Packers home game, two (2) VIP sideline passes, a two (2) night hotel stay, and one (1) $200 Packers Pro Shop gift card. The Packers Predict Grand Prize is subject to change. Date of game, choice of hotel, and other details are at the Packers' discretion.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant's consent for Administrator and its designees to use entrant's name, likeness and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration.
General Conditions: The Packers reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. The Packers' failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
The Packers are not responsible for lost, late, delayed, or incomplete entries not received during the designated entry times, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone connections, data outages, computer hardware or software, and other technical errors or failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to any person's phone or computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Promotion; unauthorized human intervention; failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed mobile transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, that may limit a user's ability to participate in the Promotion, including without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online regardless of cause.
Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all entries affected by such methods and be deemed tampering. Packers reserve the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any mobile application or website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Packers reserve the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent of the law.
The Packers reserve the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if circumstances beyond the Packers' control, including but not limited to fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Promotion or if any circumstances beyond the Packers' control, including but not limited to change in the Packers' regular season football game schedule, computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Promotion as determined by the Packers in their sole discretion. In the event of termination of the Promotion, a random drawing for each remaining, available prize will be conducted from among all valid participant registrations received prior to the time of termination.
Participant may be requested to provide Packers with proof that the participant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the registered account. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Administrator. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize by winner permitted.
The Packers and its promotional partners are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion.
Data rates may apply if entry is submitted through your mobile device's cellular service according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. You should contact your wireless carrier for more information on data rate plans and any charges relating to your participation in this Promotion.
Requirements of Potential Winner: Each contest in the Promotion will be conducted under the supervision of the Packers. Potential winners must continue to comply with the Official Rules; and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winners will be required to sign and return to Administrator, in a timely manner, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (except where prohibited) in order to claim their prize and to fulfill any such other requirements as determined by Administrator. If a potential winner fails to do so, they may be disqualified and forfeit the prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for this and/or any other reason, including undeliverable prize or prize notification, if time permits, Administrator will select an alternate potential winner based on the next top performing entrants.
Release and Limitations of Liability: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the NFL Entities (as defined below), the Green Bay Packers, Inc., and their respective shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional partners, prize partners, agents and agencies, and the officers, directors and employees of them (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical errors related to computers, mobile phones, the mobile application, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Promotions or the processing of entries; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. If for any reason an entrant's registered account or individual entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another Promotion account registration or individual entry; provided that if it is not possible to award another entry for any reason, Administrator, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any prize offered herein.
No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth herein to be available and/or claimed, Administrator reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
Promotion Results: Winning results will be posted on www.packers.com.
Additional Terms: The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, including but not limited to Green Bay Packers, Inc., NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions LLC, and NFL International LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the "NFL Entities") will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or any prize awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this sweepstakes in any way.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THE PROMOTION, INCLUDING THE PRIZE(S), IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
DISPUTES: THE PROMOTION IS GOVERENED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF WISCONSIN, BROWN COUNTY, AND THE CITY OF GREEN BAY. THE VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR ANY PRIZES AWARDED THAT IS UNABLE TO BE RESOLVED BETWEEN THE PARTIES SHALL BE ARBITRATED IN GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN BEFORE THREE NEUTRAL ARBITRATORS OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF.
