GREEN BAY – Packers K Mason Crosby kicked a walk-off field goal from 23 yards out to give Green Bay a come-from-behind 23-22 victory over the Lions on Monday night at Lambeau Field.

Trailing 22-20, the Packers took over on their own 18 with 6:46 left and drove 77 yards in 13 plays before bringing on Crosby for the game-winning points. A crucial illegal-hands-to-the-face penalty on Lions DE Trey Flowers, his second such penalty of the game, gave the Packers a fresh set of downs when it appeared they would have to kick a much longer field goal with just under two minutes left.

But after the penalty, the Lions were out of timeouts and the Packers ran it all the way down for a walk-off. Packers WR Allen Lazard, who caught a 35-yard TD pass for his first NFL touchdown to get the Packers within two, caught two key passes to move the chains on the final drive and get Green Bay into field-goal range.

Packers RB Jamaal Williams finished with 14 carries for 104 rushing yards, while Aaron Jones added 11 carries for 47 yards. QB Aaron Rodgers was 24-of-39 for 283 yards with two TDs and one INT for a 90.0 passer rating. Lazard had four catches for 65 yards and a score to lead Green Bay's receivers.

The Packers overcame a 3-0 deficit in turnovers to rally for the win. The victory improves them to 5-1 and they remain in sole possession of first place in the NFC North. The Lions fell to 2-2-1.

For the Lions, QB Matthew Stafford was 18-of-32 for 265 yards and an 83.5 passer rating. WR Kenny Golladay had five catches for 121 yards. RB Kerryon Johnson had 13 carries for 34 yards and a TD on a fourth-and-goal run.

The Lions took a 13-0 lead early, the Packers tied it at 13 in the third quarter, the Lions kicked three straight field goals for a nine-point lead, and the Packers got a touchdown back early in the fourth to get within two heading into the late stages.
