Packers.com has consulted more than two dozen mock drafts from reputable national outlets and compiled a list of players most frequently mocked as draft selections in the latter portion of the first round (picks 20-32) who could be available when the Packers are on the clock at No. 25 overall.

Between now and draft day, those players will be profiled with thumbnail sketches and videos known as "Prospect Primers."

Today's player is …

Amarius Mims, OT, Georgia

Height/Weight: 6-8, 340

Key stats: Started just eight collegiate games at right tackle – Georgia's two College Football Playoff contests in 2022 and then just six games in '23 due to an ankle injury.

College honors: Named a preseason All-Southeastern Conference first-team selection last year.

Background/other info: Massive offensive tackle prospect who has all the size and physical tools desired, with the only questions surrounding his lack of experience. Was projected as a first-team All-SEC pick last year after starting Georgia's two CFP games to win the national title the previous season, but an ankle injury that required surgery after three early-season starts kept him out until the final three regular-season games. Played around 700 snaps in all, and was Pro Football Focus' second-ranked tackle in pass-blocking efficiency in that limited playing time. Isn't nearly as polished as Georgia's first-round offensive lineman from last year, Broderick Jones, but is considered just as physically gifted with an equally high ceiling to become a franchise offensive tackle who could play on the right or left side.
