Key stats: Stepped into a starting role during four of the Tigers' last five games in 2018 and stayed there on a full-time basis this past season. Racked up 131 tackles (17½ for a loss) with four sacks and an interception in 41 collegiate games (16 starts). Ran a 4.5-second time in the 40 at the combine with a 35-inch vertical, 10-5 broad jump and 18 bench reps of 225 pounds.

Honors: Won defensive MVP honors in the national championship game after tallying eight tackles (2½ for a loss) and a half sack.
