Aaron Rodgers, Atari Bigby, Ryan Grant, Nick Collins and Scott Wells are among the Packers players trading in their cleats for bowling shoes at next month's Edgar Bennett Celebrity Bowl-A-Thon, set for Wednesday, June 11, at Ashwaubenon Bowling Alley.

The players will join Packers running backs coach Edgar Bennett, as well as other players, coaches and scouts for the fifth edition of the event which raises money for The Angel Fund for Children with Cancer, Inc. The organization is dedicated to giving financial and social support to families residing in Brown County whose children are receiving treatment for cancer or for bone marrow failure.

Area businesses and individuals are encouraged to support the effort. Lane and individual sponsorships remain available as a way to join the fun-filled evening and bowl with a member of the Green Bay Packers family.

Registration for the evening begins at 6 p.m., with the bowling event and silent auction to start at 6:30. Silent auction items include a full size helmet signed by all 2006 Fan Fest attendees, a bowling ball signed by Packers President/CEO Mark Murphy and a mini helmet signed by Aaron Kampman.

The Green Bay Packers are proud to have Kraft Foods return as food sponsor for the event.

Lane sponsorships: Lane sponsorships are available for $1,000 and will include a team of four bowlers per lane, with each team to be joined by one Packers celebrity. All participants will receive a shirt and team photo, their company sign displayed above their lane, plus access to the Kraft Foods buffet and soda.

Individual sponsorship: Individuals may participate as well for $250, with each bowler placed four to a lane, to be joined by one Packers celebrity. All participants will receive a shirt and lane photo, plus access to the Kraft Foods buffet and soda.
