As Titletown buzzes with activity this fall for community members and visitors, work continues behind the scenes to further enhance Titletown for the future, with the development preparing to welcome new additions in the coming months.

Milwaukee-based restaurant BelAir Cantina will open its doors in Titletown by mid-2024, serving innovative sharables, tacos, burritos, and margaritas. The laid-back restaurant mixes a California-style taco experience with traditional Mexican cooking techniques for a menu that's deliciously different and full of fresh ingredients.

"We're looking forward to BelAir Cantina becoming part of Titletown and bringing new flavors to our community," said Packers COO/General Counsel Ed Policy. "BelAir has established a great following and reputation in the Milwaukee and Madison areas. We know their unique brand of cuisine will be a huge hit with everyone in Titletown and we are pleased to welcome them to the Green Bay market."

BelAir will be in the TitletownTech building, located between Associated Bank and Hinterland, with doors facing both Hy-Vee Plaza on the south side of the building and the parking lot on the north side of the building. BelAir has additional locations in the Milwaukee area, as well as in Madison.

"We are thrilled to join the hospitality community at Titletown," said Kristyn Eitel, owner of BelAir Cantina. "Not only is this an incredible opportunity for the BelAir brand and our growth, it's an opportunity to participate in one of our state's most cherished traditions: Green Bay football."

Further west in Titletown, changes are taking place in the vacant space between The Turn and the U.S. Venture Center. Just east of the U.S. Venture Center, initial work is beginning to prepare the site for the next building that will be constructed in Titletown. The proposed building will consist of two stories and 46,000 square feet and possible tenants may include a fitness center, as well as other commercial uses. A formal announcement will take place in the coming months once the plans for the building are finalized.

Additionally, the undeveloped space between the new building site and The Turn has been turned into a temporary asphalt lot to create a flexible, functional area for activities in the near future, including for the NFL Draft in 2025. The lot can provide approximately 180 parking spots for Titletown's events and programs when necessary. Following the NFL Draft, the lot will be used for additional development, with a variety of commercial and retail concepts being considered.

Regarding residential development, the final set of TitletownHomes currently slated for the north side of Brookwood Drive are wrapping up construction by the end of this year. These homes are located on the north side of the townhome footprint, in the northwest corner adjacent to TitletownFlats and the Grand Stairs. The addition of this set of residences brings the total from 29 to 35 townhomes.

While additional residential development may take place in the future, this final set of TitletownHomes is the last residential property currently slated for the north side of Brookwood Drive. Dedicated Packers fans, community members or those looking to return to Green Bay after time away are invited to take advantage of this limited opportunity to make Titletown their home.
