GREEN BAY – The Packers' defense set the tone by forcing three first-half turnovers, and Green Bay stayed in control of the game throughout its 20-7 victory over the Seahawks to conclude the 2025 preseason Saturday at Lambeau Field.
The Packers finished 2-1 in preseason action.
QB Malik Willis started the game and directed one long TD drive with the help of a 39-yard completion to rookie WR Matthew Golden and a pair of QB scrambles for 19 yards. Willis finished 3-of-6 for 50 yards with a TD, to WR Romeo Doubs, and one INT for a 78.5 passer rating.
QBs Sean Clifford and Taylor Elgersma rotated series after that. Clifford was 6-of-9 for 19 yards, while Elgersma was 6-of-8 for 33 yards and a TD, to WR Will Sheppard.
On the ground, RB Emanuel Wilson had eight carries for 38 yards to lead the team, with Amar Johnson adding eight carries for 25 yards.
For Seattle, rookie QB Jalen Milroe played the whole game, going 13-of-24 for 148 yards with a TD and 86.8 passer rating. He added 31 yards on seven running attempts. The Packers sacked him five times and forced multiple fumbles.
Seahawks RB Jacardia Wright broke off a 61-yard run and finished with five carries for 65 yards, while WR Cody White had three catches for 69 yards and a TD.

Packers lead Seahawks 10-0 after first quarter
The Packers won the opening coin toss and elected to receive. Malik Willis started with most of the first-team offense.
Josh Jacobs gained five yards on his only carry, but Seattle got an early takeaway when safety Ty Okada picked off Willis on a deep third-and-2 throw.
The Packers' defense responded with a stop. On third-and-8, defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley sent both linebackers Quay Walker and Edgerrin Cooper on a blitz, resulting in Walker sacking Seattle quarterback Jalen Milroe for an 8-yard loss.
Taking over at their own 4, the Packers opened with a 7-yard Chris Brooks run before Willis hit rookie Matthew Golden down the right sideline for 39 yards past Seahawks cornerback Nehemiah Pritchell.
Willis converted on fourth-and-2 from the Seattle 43 with a 6-yard scramble before connecting with Malik Heath on a third-and-6 rollout for 10 yards to the Seahawks' 22.
The fourth-year quarterback converted a third third down when he ran for 13 yards on third-and-7, setting up first-and-goal at the Seattle 6.
Romeo Doubs drew a defensive pass interference penalty against Damarion Williams on a back-shoulder throw. One play later, Doubs caught a 1-yard touchdown off a slant to put the Packers up 7-0 with 4 minutes, 1 second left in the first quarter.
The 14-play, 96-yard drive lasted 7:23.
The Packers pulled their defensive starters on the second series but kept the momentum going. On third-and-7, Brenton Cox Jr. had a strip sack of Milroe that Kingsley Enagbare recovered at the Seattle 30.
Sean Clifford replaced Willis on the third offensive series. Willis went 3-of-6 for 50 yards with one TD and one INT. He also rushed for 19 yards on two carries.
The Packers went three-and-out but pushed their lead to 10-0 after a Brandon McManus 48-yard field goal with 37 seconds left in the first quarter.

Packers lead Seahawks 20-0 at halftime
The second quarter began with linebacker Ty'Ron Hopper forcing a Milroe fumble on a fourth-and-1 sneak, which cornerback Kalen King recovered at the Seahawks' 47.
Taylor Elgerma entered the game under center, as the Packers began a rotation between the rookie quarterback and Clifford.
Emanuel Wilson picked up 13 yards on his first two carries before Mecole Hardman gained 14 on a jet sweep. Two more Wilson carries for 14 yards pushed the Packers to Seattle 6.
On third-and-goal, Elgersma hit Will Sheppard for a 3-yard touchdown off play action to make it 17-0 with nine minutes left in the second quarter.
Jacardia Wright broke a 61-yard run to kickstart Seattle's next series, with Johnathan Baldwin knocking him out of bounds at the Green Bay 4.
The Packers kept the Seahawks out of the end zone, though. King made a big second-and-goal tackle of Milroe on a QB stretch run. Two plays later, Deslin Alexandre battled down a Milore pass on fourth-and-goal for the turnover on downs.
The Packers went three-and-out, resulting in a 66-yard Daniel Whelan punt that was returned to the Seattle 36. Former Packers receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling caught a 27-yard pass to push the ball back into Green Bay territory.
The Seahawks went for it on fourth-and-2 coming out of the two-minute warning. Hopper dropped Milroe for a 3-yard loss for the turnover on downs at the Packers' 32.
The Packers went three-and-out but got the ball back after a scary collision between Seattle returner Jake Bobo and jammer Tyler Hall. Bobo walked off on his own power to the locker room while Hall was helped to the sideline.
Corey Ballentine recovered the muffed punt at the Green Bay 24. Green Bay lost 10 yards on the possession due to penalties but McManus made a 52-yard field goal to put the Packers up 20-0 with 48 seconds left in the first half.

Packers lead Seahawks 20-0 after three
First-year defensive lineman Deslin Alexandre sacked Milroe for a 4-yard loss on third-and-10 to end Seattle's first drive of the second half.
Elgersma and the Packers' offense gained the initial first down with a 5-yard pass to Julian Hicks but were forced to punt after Hicks' next 5-yard catch came up three yards of the first down.
Whelan boomed a 61-yard punt to force Seattle to start at its 8 after Damien Martinez initially muffed the ball. The Seahawks and Packers then traded three-and-outs. Whelan averaged 57.5 yards on his first four punts.
Starting at the Seattle 24 after a 62-yard Whelan punt, Milroe picked up the initial first down with a 5-yard run on third-and-1 but were forced to punt after Kamal Hadden broke up a third-and-9 pass. Tyrion Davis-Price gained seven yards on second-and-9 but was held to a yard on third down to end the third quarter.

Packers close preseason with 20-7 win over Seahawks
Whelan had a 62-yard punt returned 35 yards, as Seattle took possession at its 43. Milroe found an open Cody White down the sideline for 25 yards on first-and-15 after a false start.
The Seahawks finally found the end zone when Milroe threw an 18-yard touchdown to White, cutting the Packers' lead to 20-7 with 11:59 remaining.
Clifford was sacked on second down for a loss of nine and the Packers punted. Damien Martinez gained five yards on first down but Milroe's next two passes fell incomplete.
Amar Johnson gained seven yards on first down and then converted a third-and-1 situation with a 9-yard checkdown pass from Elgersma.
Davis-Price moved the chains again when he took a third-and-3 screen pass for seven to the Seahawks' 48. The Packers went for it on fourth-and-2 but Elgersma was sacked for a 10-yard loss with 2:39 remaining.
The game reached the two-minute warning on a 26-yard pass to White to the Green Bay 22. Defensive end Arron Mosby jumped on a botched shotgun snap at the Packers' 31.
