GREEN BAY – Packers defensive lineman Micah Parsons has been named the Week 13 recipient of the NFL Way to Play Award.
The four-time Pro Bowler was honored for his two sacks during Green Bay's 31-24 win over the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving.
For Parsons' efforts, NFL Foundation will award a $5,000 equipment grant through USA Football to a youth or high school football program of his choice.
The NFL Way to Play Awards were created to raise awareness of proper playing technique and to reward those who lead by example at all levels of football.
NFL Way to Play was developed with the collaborative input of NFL Legends, players, coaches, and the medical community.
