2024 SEASON: Played in all 17 games, recording a career-high 24 tackles (14 solo), 3½ sacks, four tackles for a loss, 18 Next Gen Stat QB pressures, a career-best six QB hits, two passes defensed, a forced fumble and a career-high and team- leading three fumble recoveries…On special teams, blocked a field goal…Was the only player in the NFL with multiple fumble recoveries, a forced fumble and a blocked kick…Was the first NFL player to record those stats in back-to-back seasons since Watt (2013-14)…Dating back to 2000, became only the second Packer (Anderson) to post multiple fumble recoveries in both of his first two NFL seasons…At L.A. Split a sack of Stafford with DL Preston Smith for a loss of 7 yards on second-and-5 with 1:17 left to play, forcing the Rams to use their final timeout and into a third-and-long situation…Vs. Arizona (Oct. 13): Registered a solo tackle, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery. Tackled QB Kyler Murray and forced him to fumble, recovering the ball at the Arizona 30 in the third quarter…At Chicago (Nov. 17): Blocked the Bears' game-winning field-goal attempt as time expired to seal the victory, earning NFC Special Teams Player of the Week honors for his performance…Vs. San Francisco (Nov. 24): Posted an assisted tackle and recovered a fumble in the fourth quarter when CB Keisean Nixon knocked the ball loose from RB Christian McCaffrey…At Seattle (Dec. 15): Recorded a sack of QB Sam Howell for a loss of 6 yards in the fourth quarter…At Minnesota (Dec. 29): Registered three tackles (two solo), a sack, a tackle for a loss, a QB hit, a pass defensed and a fumble recovery. Sacked QB Sam Darnold for a loss of 5 yards late in the second quarter. Later in the third quarter, recovered a fumble by CB Carrington Valentine after he intercepted Darnold, which set up a Green Bay TD four plays later…Vs. Chicago (Jan. 5): Tied his career high with four tackles (three solo) and a tackle for a loss. Tackled RB Roschon Johnson for a loss of 5 yards on a pass play on third down, forcing the Bears to punt in the fourth quarter…At Philadelphia (NFC Wild Card, Jan. 12): Recorded a solo tackle when he stopped RB Saquon Barkley for no gain on third-and-19, forcing the Eagles to punt.
2023: Played in all 17 games, recording 20 tackles (12 solo), four sacks, six tackles for a loss, four passes defensed, five QB hits, a forced fumble and two fumble recoveries (tied for the team lead)…Was the first Green Bay rookie with two fumble recoveries in a season since CB Jaire Alexander in 2018…Was the first Packers rookie to register four-plus sacks and multiple fumble recoveries in a season since LB Clay Matthews in 2009…Was one of only two NFL rookies to accomplish that feat this season, joining Buccaneers LB YaYa Diaby…On special teams, blocked a field goal (Week 8 vs. Min.), joining DL T.J. First pass defensed came in the third quarter, which forced a third-and-25 for the Rams and the drive resulted in a punt. Broke up another pass on third-and-long in the fourth quarter that required the Rams to punt again. Became the first rookie defensive lineman to register two passes defensed in a game for the Packers dating back to 2000 (per TruMedia)…Vs. L.A. Chargers (Nov. 19): Recorded a solo tackle when he sacked QB Justin Herbert for a loss of 6 yards on a first-down play in the second quarter…At Detroit (Nov. 23): Registered two tackles, a tackle for a loss, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery. Late in the first quarter, tackled QB Jared Goff, forcing a fumble and recovering it on the Detroit 23. Became only the second Green Bay rookie since 2000 to post a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in the same game (Matthews, at Minnesota, Oct. 5, 2009)…At Minnesota (Dec. 31): Recovered a fumble when LB Preston Smith sacked QB Jaren Hall and knocked the ball loose, and three plays later, Green Bay scored…Vs. Chicago (Jan. 7): Posted two tackles (both solo), a sack, two tackles for a loss and a QB hit. Tackled RB Khalil Herbert for a loss of 3 yards on a pass play on third-and-13 to help hold Chicago to a field goal on the Bears' first possession of the game.
