Biography
The Green Bay Packers signed S Tyler Coyle to the practice squad on Jan. 1, 2023. Coyle (6-1, 209), a first-year player, was originally signed as an undrafted free agent out of Purdue by the Dallas Cowboys on May 14, 2021. He spent the past two seasons on the Cowboys' practice squad and active roster, appearing in three games and recording six tackles (all solo) on defense and three tackles on special teams. Coyle was released by Dallas after the 2023 training camp. He spent four years at the University of Connecticut (2016-19) before playing the 2020 season for Purdue. Coyle will wear No. 24 for the Packers.
