The Green Bay Packers now have an "official chicken."

The organization announced Thursday that Brakebush Brothers, Inc., of Westfield, Wis., has joined the team as the "Official Chicken of Lambeau Field." Brakebush Brothers is a producer of frozen prepared chicken products such as chicken nuggets, strips and tenders.

"We are proud to announce that we have added a quality, Wisconsin-based company to our team," said Bob Harlan, the Packers' president and chief executive officer. "Brakebush has many parallels with the Packers, including having a heritage of quality dating back to 1925, and the dedication to being the best."

Brakebush will offer various chicken products at all home games and events at Lambeau Field for the next four years. "This is an exciting announcement for all of us at Brakebush," noted Bill Brakebush, company president. "We are a family-owned-and-run company and have always been Packers fans - the small-town team dedicated to being the best."

Brakebush Brothers, Inc., was founded in 1925 by William and Otto Brakebush and is located in Westfield, Wis.
