GREEN BAY – The Packers have listed running back Jamaal Williams as doubtful to play in Sunday's regular-season finale against the Detroit Lions.

Fullback Danny Vitale (knee) and safety Will Redmond (hamstring) have also been listed as doubtful, while receiver Jake Kumerow (illness) is questionable after missing Friday's practice with an illness.

Williams didn't practice this week after exiting in the second half of Monday night's 23-10 win over the Minnesota Vikings. The third-year running back has played in 46 of a possible 47 games to this point.

If Williams can't go, the Packers could turn to Dexter Williams or Tyler Ervin to spell Aaron Jones. Williams, a rookie sixth-round pick out of Notre Dame, has played in three games this year, while Ervin played seven offensive snaps against Minnesota, picking up six yards on a push pass from quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

"Whoever is up is gonna have to have a bigger role. That's just how we rotate those backs," Head Coach Matt LaFleur said. "We've got a lot of confidence in (Williams). I think he's been working hard all season long. Obviously you guys don't get to see that, but we've got confidence that he's gonna go in there and do a really good job."

Like Williams, neither Vitale nor Redmond practiced this week. Vitale, the lone fullback on the roster, has played in all 15 games this season with four starts.

The Packers removed the following players from the injury report who are expected to play: receiver Allen Lazard (ankle), tight ends Jimmy Graham (veteran rest) and Marcedes Lewis (veteran rest), offensive linemen Bryan Bulaga (groin), Corey Linsley (back) and Billy Turner (hamstring), defensive linemen Kenny Clark (ankle) and Dean Lowry (ankle), linebackers Blake Martinez (hand), Rashan Gary (shoulder), and Oren Burks (shoulder) and cornerback Tramon Williams (veteran rest).

The Lions have ruled out defensive tackle A'Shawn Robinson (shoulder), and listed five others as questionable: linebackers Devon Kennard (shoulder) and Steve Longa (quad), safety Tavon Wilson (hamstring), tackle Ricky Wagner (knee), and kicker Matt Prater (illness).
