The Green Bay Packers will host the third annual Halloween-themed event, 'Spooktacular Fun,' Saturday, Oct. 22, in the Lambeau Field Atrium, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The event, modeled after previous years' successful gatherings, again features interactive and entertaining activities, including sing-along music, magic, miming, clowns, stilt walkers, a juggler and a comedy group.

Children also will have the opportunity have their faces painted and will receive a special Halloween giveaway at the door.

"Halloween is an exciting time of year for our children and we're delighted to again welcome everyone to the Atrium for 'Spooktacular Fun,' " said Cathy Dworak, the Packers' manager of community relations. "We've got a few new features to offer kids and their families this year, including a comedy show. The favorites also will be here, of course, including the 'Jolly Giant' stilt walkers – they're a big hit with everyone."

A main stage, along with four side stages, will host a variety of entertainment throughout the day. Guests are welcome to enter through Miller Brewing Company Gate or the Oneida Nation Gate.

'Spooktacular Fun' is one in a series of free community events held each year by the Packers. Other events include a Thanksgiving Day meal for area needy families, 'Project LEAP,' and 'Summer Traditions at Lambeau Field.'

In a related offering, the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame will offer special half-priced admission for children (ages 6 to 11) from Oct. 22 through Oct. 31. The special rate, $2.50, is only available for individual, on-site sales.
