Packers face Bears in NFC Wild Card playoff

The Green Bay Packers travel to Chicago to take on the Bears in the third playoff game between the two clubs (1-1) and the first postseason meeting since the 2010 NFC Championship, a 21-14 Green Bay victory in Chicago.

• This will be the Packers' third Saturday game this season, including the second at Chicago (Week 16). It is the second time the Packers have played three Saturday games (including playoffs) in a season (1953).
• It is only the third Saturday game between the Packers and Bears (Dec. 5, 1964, at Chicago).
• According to the Elias Sports Bureau, the Packers have played the same opponent three times over a six-game span in a single season (including playoffs) twice (2012 - Packers vs Minnesota Vikings and 1935 - Packers vs Detroit Lions). It has only happened two other times in the NFL dating back to 2000 (2000 - Indianapolis Colts vs Miami Dolphins / 2000 - New Orleans Saints vs St. Louis Rams).
• This will be the first time a visiting team has played twice at Soldier Field over a four-game span in a single season.
• The Packers are 55-54-2 at Chicago (including the postseason).
• Including the 2010 playoff victory at Chicago, Green Bay has won 26 of the last 32 meetings between the rivals at Soldier Field, including 14 of the last 16.
• Of the last 14 games between the two clubs at Soldier Field, 10 have been decided by single digits, including a one-point Green Bay victory last season and an overtime contest in Week 16 of this season.
• This will be the 212th Bears-Packers matchup including playoffs (most in NFL history). The Packers-Bears matchup is the only one in NFL history to be played 200-plus times. Green Bay holds the all-time series lead at 109-96-6. Green Bay's 109 wins against the Bears all-time (including playoffs) are the most victories by one team against another in NFL history (108, N.Y. Giants over Washington is No. 2).
• The Packers (819) and Bears (808) are the only two franchises with 800-plus regular season wins all-time.
• Overall, the Packers have won 12 of the last 14 games against the Bears. The 11-game winning streak that was broken in Week 18 last season was the longest winning streak by either team in the history of the series (No. 2 is 10 straight by Green Bay from 1994-98). The 10- and 11-game streaks are the longest any team has against the Bears. Green Bay's 11-game streak against Chicago was its second-longest winning streak against any franchise (15 games, Chicago Cardinals, 1937-46).
• Saturday night will be the 19th primetime meeting between the Packers and the Bears over the past 20 seasons and the second this season.
• The Packers have 15 primetime wins vs the Bears since 2000, their most against any opponent.
• QB Jordan Love has nine passing TDs with two INTs in six games against Chicago. Love has registered a passer rating of 110-plus in four contests (120.7, 123.2, 128.6, 113.0).
• Among players with 50-plus passing attempts versus the Bears, Love's passer rating of 116.6 ranks No. 2 in the NFL all-time behind Carson Palmer (122.8).
• RB Josh Jacobs has posted six rushing TDs in seven career games against Chicago.
• WR Christian Watson registered his career high for receiving yards (150 in 2024) and the longest rush of his career (46-yard TD in 2022) against the Bears.
