GREEN BAY – Packers wide receiver Davante Adams came in at No. 35 in the NFL Network's "Top 100 Players of 2019."

Adams, who has gone to the Pro Bowl each of the last two seasons, was at No. 45 a year ago. The list is compiled annually by player voting.

The unquestioned No. 1 target of QB Aaron Rodgers is coming off his best season to date, with career highs across the board of 111 receptions, 1,386 yards and 13 touchdowns. He came up one catch shy of Sterling Sharpe's single-season franchise record and 133 yards short of Jordy Nelson's single-season yardage mark after missing the 2018 finale due to injury.

Adams has recorded double-digit touchdown catches three straight years, compiling 35 TD grabs in that time, second in the NFL over the 2016-18 seasons to Antonio Brown (36). In team annals, he ranks second in catches and third in TD receptions over the first five seasons of a career. His 348 catches are behind only Sharpe's 389, and his 39 TDs trail only Antonio Freeman's 42 and Greg Jennings' 40.
