Titletown is inviting community members and guests to safely celebrate Halloween this year with the free outdoor event Pumpkin Palooza, presented by Pella Windows & Doors of Wisconsin, from Oct. 28-31.

Participants can help Titletown create a one-of-a-kind, 500-pumpkin display by carving pumpkins with members of their family or group at Titletown, with registration required for those who want to take part.

Registration is available for six or fewer in each group, and tables will be spread out on the Plaza to facilitate proper social distancing. Groups can request up to four pumpkins per group, and single-use pumpkin carving tools will be provided to each group.

Professional pumpkin carvers will kick off the festivities with their own pumpkins on Monday and Tuesday, and the pumpkin carving fun will open to those who have registered starting Wednesday, Oct. 28.

Additionally, each day of the event, fall and Halloween décor will be set up throughout Titletown for ample photo opportunities, with tree lights and displays, as well as a contactless trick-or-treat wall while supplies last.

Participating groups may register for one of several time slots available throughout each day. The event will be held from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 28-29, from 4 to 8 p.m. on Oct. 30, and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 31. To register, please visit titletown.com/events/calendar/pumpkin-palooza.

Attendees will be required to wear masks or face coverings throughout the event.

Titletown is open to the public daily for limited programs and activities during the ongoing pandemic and continues enhancing its procedures to help guests and participants stay healthy and safe. The current procedures include requiring registration for many in-person activities, with limits to number of participants to allow for appropriate social distancing, as well as requiring the use of masks for all indoor spaces.

The Turn and 46 Below remain open to the public, and masks are required to be worn unless actively eating or drinking. Titletown's football field, playground and game courts are open, but guests are reminded to bring their own equipment. To see a calendar of events, visit titletown.com/events/calendar.
