His primary duties include assisting with the day-to-day responsibilities of the comprehensive strength and conditioning program with an emphasis on working with the combo group that includes linebackers, tight ends, running backs, quarterbacks and specialists.

Flint came to Green Bay after spending the past four seasons (2022-25) as the director of athletic development at Louisiana State University, primarily overseeing the department's efforts in nutrition, athletic training, mental performance and sports science. In his first two seasons with the Tigers, Flint helped LSU record back-to-back seasons with 10-plus victories and win the Southeastern Conference Western Division title in 2022. In 2023, he helped LSU lead the FBS in total offense (543.5 ypg), points per game (45.5) and yards per play (8.4), and worked with QB Jayden Daniels, who won the Heisman Trophy.

Flint also helped the Tigers record six come-from-behind victories after trailing by 10-plus points in his first two seasons (2022-23) with the program. Dating back to his first season on Brian Kelly's staff at Central Michigan in 2006, Flint helped Kelly's teams record a combined 191 wins and produce 91 NFL Draft picks.

Prior to joining the LSU staff in December 2021, Flint spent 12 years working under Kelly at the University of Notre Dame (2010-21) on the strength and conditioning staff, serving as co-director for the final five seasons. During his time at Notre Dame, Flint helped train 11 players who went on to be selected in the first round of the NFL Draft. In his 12 seasons with the Irish, Notre Dame won 10-plus games seven times and appeared in 11 bowl games, including an appearance in the BCS national title game in the 2012 season and two appearances in the College Football Playoff (2018 and 2020).

Prior to joining Notre Dame's staff in January 2010, Flint was a member of the strength and conditioning staff at the University of Cincinnati for three seasons (2007-09), where he served as an assistant strength coach. During his time with the Bearcats, Flint helped the team win back-to-back Big East titles (2008-09) and 33 games (tied for No. 4 in FBS), including a perfect 12-0 regular season in 2009. Cincinnati recorded BCS appearances in the 2008 and 2009 seasons, playing in the Orange Bowl and Sugar Bowl. The Bearcats also recorded back-to-back 10-win seasons (11 in 2008, 12 in 2009) for the first time in program history in Flint's final two seasons.

Flint played running back at Central Michigan for three seasons (2003-05) and earned a scholarship for his dedication to the program prior to his final season in 2005. Following his final year of eligibility, he joined the Chippewas' coaching staff as a staff assistant in 2006, serving primarily in the weight room while also assisting with the development of the team's running backs, helping Central Michigan win its first Mid-American Conference title since 1994.

Flint earned his bachelor's degree in education, graduating with honors from Central Michigan in 2007, and earned his master's degree in high-performance sport from Australian Catholic University in 2020. Flint is a registered strength and conditioning coach by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA) and is certified by USA Weightlifting (USAW) as a Level 1 sports performance coach. He has competed in the 85-kilogram weight class of USA Weightlifting, qualifying for nationals in 2009.

A native of Shepherd, Mich., Flint was a four-sport letterwinner at Shepherd High School and was twice named an all-league running back. He earned all-state honors following his senior season and helped lead the Bluejays to the state semifinals. Flint currently resides in Green Bay with his wife, Katie, their five daughters, Blayke, Parker, Beckett, Oakley and Deklyn, and their son, Berkley.
