Jeremiah Kolone begins his second season as an offensive assistant through the Packers' minority coaching fellowship program. Kolone (kuh-LOW-nay) came to Green Bay after a brief stint as an offensive analyst at the University of Central Florida in 2025 and one season as an offensive graduate assistant at the University of Arizona in 2024.

In his first season with the Packers in 2025, Kolone was part of an offensive staff that helped Green Bay rank tied for No. 6 in the NFL in explosive plays (128) and tied for No. 7 in sacks allowed (29). Green Bay ranked No. 3 in the league in giveaways (13), tied for the second-best single-season mark in team history, and tied a franchise mark with only six fumbles lost on the season.

Kolone was part of an Arizona offensive staff in 2024 that saw WR Tetairoa McMillan rank No. 3 in the country with 1,319 receiving yards and eight receiving TDs on 84 receptions (15.7 avg.) on his way to earning first-team All-America honors from The Associated Press. QB Noah Fifita posted a career-high 2,958 passing yards for the Wildcats and threw for 275-plus yards in five of his 12 starts, while OL Jonah Savaiinaea earned honorable mention All-Big 12 recognition.

In the spring of 2024, Kolone worked with Green Bay's offensive staff as part of the NFL's Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship.

Kolone entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Los Angeles Rams in 2018 and went on to spend time with the team on the active roster and practice squad from 2018-22. He appeared in five games with two starts in 2022, opening at center for the Rams in Weeks 5-6. Kolone also played for the San Diego Fleet of the Alliance of American Football (AAF) in the spring of 2019, appearing in seven games as the team's starting center before the league folded.

Kolone played collegiately at San Jose State, where he started all 42 games he appeared in from 2014-17. He twice earned honorable mention all-conference recognition with the Spartans (2015-16) and was named a team captain as a senior. Kolone was a four-year starter at left guard for the Spartans while also seeing action at center during his career.

Kolone was born on Oct. 23, 1994, in Pago Pago, American Samoa. His family moved to Hawaii when he was 4 years old and later to San Diego, Calif. He attended Fallbrook (Calif.) Union High School.
