Connor Koch (kotch) was promoted to an area scout (Northeast) on June 11, 2025, after working as a scouting intern for the Packers during the 2024 season. Prior to joining the Packers, he spent three years in player personnel and recruiting at the collegiate level, serving as the director of player personnel at the University of Alabama Birmingham in 2023 and held the same title at Samford University in 2021. Koch was also a recruiting and personnel specialist at Ole Miss in 2022. He played linebacker at TCU (2017-19) and Samford (2021).
