Connor Koch enters his second season with the Packers' player personnel department and his first as a college scout covering the Northeast region. Koch (kotch) started with the team as a scouting intern during the 2024 season, helping with the evaluation of college and pro prospects.

Prior to joining the Packers, Koch spent three years working in player personnel and recruiting at the collegiate level. During the 2023 season, he served as the director of player personnel at the University of Alabama Birmingham and held the same title at Samford University in 2021. He was also a recruiting and personnel specialist at Ole Miss in 2022.

Koch played collegiately at linebacker at TCU (2017-19) before transferring to Samford for one season (spring 2021).

Koch earned his degree in strategic communication from TCU and his MBA from Samford. He attended Woodberry Forest (Va.) School, where he was a four-year letterwinner as a linebacker and tight end. He also participated in track & field and lacrosse for two years and wrestling for one year.

Koch and his wife, Margaret, reside in Green Bay, with their son, Henry.
