Luke Benuska enters his eighth season in the Packers' personnel department and second as a college scout covering the Southeast region. Benuska (ben-OO-ska) previously covered the West region (2018-21) and served as a pro scout in 2017. He joined the team as a scouting intern in the personnel department during the 2016 season. 

Prior to joining the Packers, Benuska worked in the football recruiting office at his alma mater, TCU.

Benuska played collegiately at TCU, where he saw action in 22 games and was a two-year letterman (2014-15) at offensive tackle. He appeared in all 13 games for the No. 11-ranked Horned Frogs as a senior in 2015, when the program rallied from a 31-point deficit to win in triple overtime, 47-41, against Oregon in the Alamo Bowl. TCU's offensive unit was one of the conference's most efficient during his senior season, with 4,976 total yards (1,933 rushing, 3,043 passing) on 745 plays (6.7 avg.).

Benuska lettered for the first time in his career as a junior in 2014, appearing in six contests on the offensive line. The No. 6-ranked Horned Frogs were ultimately crowned Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl champions in the largest margin of victory in CFA Peach Bowl history, 42-3, over No. 9 Ole Miss.

Benuska saw game action for the first time as a sophomore in 2013, playing on special teams in four contests.

Born in Pasadena, Calif., Benuska earned a B.B.A. in entrepreneurial management from TCU in 2015. While attending San Marino (Calif.) High School, he lettered three times as a tight end on the football team. Benuska also played volleyball and basketball, both of which he lettered in twice. He currently resides in Chicago with his wife, Shana.
