Biography

Patrick Moore begins his eighth season with the Packers' player personnel department and fifth as assistant director of college scouting after being promoted on June 1, 2021. He spent three seasons (2018-20) as a college scout in the Southeast region after joining the team on May 25, 2018. Moore spent the previous five seasons as a scout with the Cleveland Browns.

Moore moved into the personnel side with Cleveland after spending the previous 16 seasons as a coach, 14 of which came at the collegiate level. He jumped to the NFL after a five-year stint (2007-11) coaching at Fordham. In his time with the Rams, Moore served as the assistant head coach/offensive line (2010-11), defensive coordinator (2009) and linebackers/special teams coach (2007-08). As assistant head coach/offensive line, Moore oversaw a blocking attack that helped pave the way for the Rams to finish second in the conference with an average of 176.0 rushing yards per game in 2010. At the helm of the special teams unit, Moore helped Fordham lead the Patriot League with 9.4 yards per punt return in 2008. Moore also coached punter Ben Dato, who registered the third-best punting average (44.7) in school history in 2007 and earned consensus All-America honors.
