The Green Bay Packers signed G Karsen Barnhart to the practice squad on Dec 31, 2025.
Barnhart (6-4, 306), a first-year player out of the University of Michigan, was originally signed by the Los Angeles Chargers as an undrafted rookie free agent on May 10, 2024. He spent his entire rookie season on the Chargers' practice squad and was released after training camp in 2025. This season, he has had stints on the practice squads of the Denver Broncos and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Barnhart appeared in 42 games over five seasons (2019-23) at Michigan, starting 31 games across the offensive line.
