Player, Coach, and Alumni Appearances

REQUESTS FOR APPEARANCES
The special bond between the Green Bay Packers and the community is never more apparent than when members of the organization volunteer their time at schools, hospitals and other community events and programs. Last year, the Packers were able to make over 1000 special appearances.
If you are looking for a member of the organization to make a difference at your event, please submit the online request form below.
AVAILABILITY
- Alumni: Alumni are available year round based on their personal schedule.
- Coaches: Coaches will be available during the offseason.
- Players: Players will be available during the season, and limited times during the offseason.
- Administration: Administration will be available depending on their work schedule.
LIMITATIONS
Due to the number of appearance requests we receive each year, coaches and players are not available to make personal home visits or attend benefits being held for individuals.
All appearance requests must be submitted a minimum of eight weeks prior to the event date.
