Anderson (6-2, 206), a first-year player out of BYU, was originally signed as an undrafted free agent in 2021 by the Kansas City Chiefs. He spent time on the Chiefs' practice squad in 2021-22, appearing in seven games and posting a tackle on special teams during the regular season. Anderson also played in three postseason contests for Kansas City and recorded a special teams tackle. This past offseason, he signed with the Buffalo Bills back in February.
