Noah Pauley

Biography

Pauley joins the Packers after coaching at the collegiate level for 13 seasons, where he tutored three wide receivers that went on to be selected in the first three rounds of the NFL Draft over a four-year span in Christian Watson (second round by Green Bay in 2022), Jayden Higgins (second round in 2025) and Jaylin Noel (third round in 2025). He spent the last three seasons at Iowa State, where he served as the pass game coordinator/wide receivers coach in 2024-25 and the wide receivers coach in 2023. Prior to joining Iowa State, Pauley spent four seasons as the wide receivers coach at North Dakota State (2019-22), where he helped the Bison win two Division I FCS national titles (2019 and 2021). While at NDSU in 2022, he assisted with Green Bay's WRs during OTAs as part of the NFL's Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship. Pauley began his coaching career at his alma mater, Minnesota-Duluth, serving as the offensive coordinator/wide receivers coach (2016-18), a graduate assistant (2013-14) and as a student assistant (2011). He was a four-year starter at Minnesota-Duluth (2007-10), where he was a part of teams that posted a combined 45-8 record (.849) and won two Division II national titles (2008 and 2010).
