GREEN BAY – It didn't even cover half the field, but when it gives the Packers their first and only lead of the game, it still has to be the Chevy Drive of the Week.
Green Bay's defense set it up by stuffing Cardinals QB Jacoby Brissett on a fourth-and-1 sneak at the Arizona 48-yard line with six minutes left.
The Packers took over, trailing by three points, and got the chains moving with a 3-yard run by RB Josh Jacobs and an 8-yard completion to TE Tucker Kraft on third-and-7.
Those two guys would be the only ones, other than QB Jordan Love, to touch the ball on the entire drive.
From the Arizona 37, Jacobs ran twice for nine yards but then lost a yard on third-and-1. Originally, the Packers were going to try the game-tying field goal from 47 yards out, but Head Coach Matt LaFleur called a timeout to reconsider and sent the offense back out to go for it on fourth-and-2.
Love found Kraft along the boundary for a 15-yard gain to the Arizona 14 to make the gutsy call pay off, and Jacobs took it from there. He ran for five yards, then for eight to make it first-and-goal on the 1, and then powered it in for a 27-23 advantage with 1:50 left, which the defense made hold up.
Ten plays, 48 yards, 4:01 on the clock, and two offensive weapons who got the job done.
