GREEN BAY – Much of the first half of Thursday night's victory over Carolina was tightly contested, with the lead changing hands three times.

Then LB Ty'Ron Hopper's interception set up the Packers' offense in Panthers territory, and Green Bay cashed in to build a multi-score lead for the first time.

That makes the eight-play, 43-yard march the Chevy Drive of the Week from the 27-19 victory.

Leading 13-10, the Packers gained possession after the Hopper INT with 5:18 left in the half. They got started on an 11-yard completion to WR Matthew Golden on second down to move the chains.

From there, a short completion to WR Savion Williams and a run by RB Josh Jacobs set up third-and-1, but a false start pushed it back to third-and-6.

No problem, as QB Jordan Love found TE Tucker Kraft for another conversion and a first down just outside the red zone.

Two snaps later, Love lofted a pass deep down the right side that Golden adjusted to but couldn't quite haul in over the shoulder as he dove in the end zone.

But on the next play, Love went right back to Golden, finding him on the other side of the field for a 24-yard touchdown that put the Packers up 20-10.

Green Bay would maintain at least a two-possession advantage until just five minutes remained in the game.
