Biography
The Green Bay Packers signed QB Clayton Tune to the practice squad on August 28, 2025.
Tune (6-3, 220) is a third-year player out of the University of Houston who was originally selected by the Arizona Cardinals in the fifth round (No. 139 overall) of the 2023 NFL Draft. He played in 13 games with one start in two seasons for the Cardinals, completing 14 of 23 passes (60.9 pct.) for 70 yards with two interceptions while also posting 26 rushing yards and a TD on 15 carries. In college, he was a three-time team captain (2020-22) who played in 47 games with 44 starts and finished No. 2 in school history in career TD passes (104) and TDs responsible for (119) and No. 3 with 956 completions.
