Biography

  • Appeared in 41 games with 37 starts at left tackle during his five seasons at the University of Arizona, starting all 33 games he played in over his final three seasons.
  • Earned first-team All-Pacific-12 honors from The Associated Press and from the coaches in 2023, helping the Wildcats rank No. 20 in the nation in total offense (448.0 ypg), No. 8 in passing offense (308.3 ypg) and No. 18 in scoring offense (34.6 ppg).
  • Allowed only two sacks in 787 snaps of work in 2023 as he led the Arizona offensive line in total blocking grade (84.3), run-blocking grade (77.0) and pass-blocking grade (87.3), per Pro Football Focus.
  • Helped the Wildcats post a 10-3 record in 2023, a nine-win improvement from 2021, the largest win improvement over two years in the history of the program.
  • Started all 10 games he played in at LT during the 2022 season, taking home first-team AP All-Pac-12 recognition after allowing just one sack in 670 snaps of action and helping Arizona rank No. 6 in the nation in passing offense (318.4 ypg).
  • Selected by the Packers in the first round (No. 25 overall) of the 2024 NFL Draft, the first offensive lineman from the University of Arizona to be picked in the first round since John Fina (No. 27 overall) by Buffalo in 1992.
  • Earned all-state honors at Marana High School (Tucson, Ariz.), helping lead the team to three consecutive appearances in the state playoffs (2016-18).
