O'Malley (6-3, 284), a rookie out of Northern Illinois, was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Tennessee Titans on May 9 and was released on Aug. 3. He appeared in 58 games with 46 starts over five seasons (2020-24) for the Huskies, recording 130 tackles (69 solo), 30 tackles for a loss, 22.5 sacks, an interception, two passes defensed, four forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries. O'Malley finished No. 6 on NIU's career chart in sacks. In 2024, he earned honorable mention All-America honors from Phil Steele's College Football and was first-team All-MAC.
