(kah-WAHN) Baker (6-1, 210), a first-year player, was originally selected by the New Orleans Saints in the seventh round (No. 255 overall) of the 2021 NFL Draft out of the University of South Alabama. He spent most of his rookie season on the Saints' practice squad, but played in two games and recorded a tackle on special teams. In 2022, Baker was released by the Saints and went on to spend time on the practice squads of the Packers and Philadelphia Eagles before finishing the season on the Saints' practice squad. In 2023, he spent the offseason with New Orleans but was released following training camp. Baker was with the New England Patriots for the 2024 offseason and training camp and was with the Las Vegas Raiders for part of this training camp. In college, he caught 126 passes for 1,829 yards (14.5 avg.) and 16 touchdowns and rushed 92 times for 376 yards (4.1 avg.) and 11 TDs.
