Young (6-3, 304), a third-year player out of Mississippi State, was originally selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the fourth round (No. 123 overall) of the 2023 NFL Draft. He played in 17 games with one start for the Seahawks in two seasons, recording 18 tackles (10 solo), a tackle for a loss, a QB hit and a pass defensed. In college, Young started 25 of 42 games played for the Bulldogs, posting 107 tackles (35 solo), nine tackles for a loss and two sacks in five seasons (2018-22).
