Stepaniak was a full-time starter at guard for Indiana the past two seasons, starting 31 games total over four years for the Hoosiers, all but one at right guard.
This past year, the 6-4, 316-pound Stepaniak earned third-team All-Big Ten honors from the media and honorable mention from the coaches. He was a team captain and is a native of Hamilton, Ohio. He recorded 37 bench reps at the combine.
